You will be paid your entitled commission % on the 7th of every month
If the 7th of month falls on a weekend or public holiday, you will be paid on the next available working day
*Note: HQ will only process commission for fully settled invoices
Any outstanding invoices will not be processed for the current month and will carry forward to the following month until invoices are settled
All customers you find are under your "Commission"
We will report these customers under your Name / Company
At month end, HQ will share a summary of your customers' order details
You are required to confirm and sign-off on the summary before your entitled Commission is paid out

We will only speak to you regarding customer matters unless you have given us permission to speak to your team members
Your team's Commission will be paid from your Commission portion and NOT from HQ

What is a Direct Order? A Direct Order is when your customers call HQ directly to place an order, instead of placing an order through you
You are entitled to all of the agreed % Commission for all Direct Orders
Our customer service working hours are from Monday to Wednesday 10am to 3pm, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays
Any other orders outside of these times will be processed the next available working day
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All invoices must be settled before delivery is made
*Note: Your Commission cannot be processed until your customer has settled their outstanding invoices for the month

1. Directly to us via Whatsapp. This is preferable as we will be able to respond and place your order ASAP
2. Through our website. Remember to login with your Corporate details so we are able to track your order more efficiently

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our delivery partners will arrange for orders to be delivered in a cold truck or with Lalamove
All our sauces are sealed in nylon pouches, labeled accordingly, and are kept at frozen temperature
The exception is our Sweet & Sour Sauce, which is stored at Room Temperature
Once the full payment is made, deliveries are done every week on Tuesday and Thursday
We deliver both within the Klang Valley and Interstate using cold trucks
Interstate delivery will incur an additional delivery fee

OUR PRODUCTS
Our sauces are made Ready-To-Eat and do not require additional cooking
Only heating of sauces is required
NO additional cooking and NO additional spices or additives are required

You can add some water when heating the sauce as per your preference
We specialise in sauces only and therefore our sauces are not accompanied with any meat, poultry nor seafood
Our manufacturer is 100% certified Halal
As of 2022, our sauces are pending approval to be 100% certified Halal status from JAKIM (governing body for Halal certification in Malaysia)
Every packet is 1kg in volume
A 1kg packet can serve up to 6 Individual servings
Our Assam Sauce, Green Curry Sauce, Malaysian Laksa Lemak and Kapitan Sauce have a shelf-life of 4 months from the listed manufacturing date
Sauces must be kept in Frozen Temperature
Our Sweet & Sour Sauce has a shelf-life of 6 months from the listed manufacturing date
Sauce can be kept at Room Temperature
